The guarantee

Not proven yet? We keep going at no extra fee.

We define one measurable metric before we write a line of code. If it hasn't moved within the impact window, we keep tuning until it does — at no additional cost. Accountability doesn't end at go-live.

WHAT "SENIOR-OWNED" MEANS

So you know exactly who's accountable — from the first call to measured impact.

You get — a named senior partner accountable end to end, plus forward-deployed engineers working inside your tools, standups, and reviews.

You never get — a junior team behind a sales veneer, or a hand-off to strangers after kickoff.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you deploy inside our own cloud account?

Yes, and it's the default rather than an option. AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, in your account, region-bound where residency matters, under your SSO and permissions model. There is no OrbitumAI platform in the path and nothing to migrate off later.

How do you handle our security review?

The platform engineer sits in the pod from day one, so the design is built to your controls rather than retrofitted to them. SSO, role- and attribute-based access, private endpoints, secrets in your vault, PII and PHI redaction in the pipeline, and a full audit trail behind every answer.

Who is accountable — do we get a relationship manager?

No. You get a senior partner who is on the build. The person accountable for the metric is the person doing the work, from the first call through to measured impact. No junior hand-offs and no hand-off to strangers after kickoff.

Do you train on our data?

No. Not for models, not for evaluation, not for anything shared across clients. Your data does not leave your boundary, and model-provider retention terms are named and configured as part of the engagement.

What do we own at the end?

Code, prompts, evaluation datasets, infrastructure definitions and runbooks — in your repository, written continuously rather than delivered in a knowledge-transfer week. Your engineering leads review and own it. If leaving required a migration project, you never owned it.
